Manage Investigations

You can manage Investigations in the Imprivata Access Intelligence application according to your needs. You can reassign, share, and delete Investigations. The available actions may vary depending on your user role.

Reassign Investigation

You can change the ownership of the Investigation from one user or user group to another by reassigning it.

To reassign an Investigation:

  1. On the Investigations page, go to the Investigation you want to reassign.

  2. Click the More Options icon , and then select Reassign.

  3. In the Reassign Report dialog box, in the Reassign to text box, enter the name of the user or user group to which you want to reassign an Investigation.

  4. Click Reassign.

Share Investigation

You can share your Investigation with other users.

To share an Investigation:

  1. On the Investigations page, go to the Investigation you want to share.

  2. Click the More Options icon , and then select Share.

  3. In the Share Investigation dialog box, in the Add Users text box, enter the name of the user with whom you want to share an Investigation.

  4. In the Permissions dropdown menu, select the level of user permissions, and then click Share.

Delete Investigation

To delete an Investigation:

  1. On the Investigations page, go to the Investigation you want to delete.

  2. Click the More Options icon , and then select Delete.

  3. In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
