Access Imprivata Access Intelligence
Log in for the First Time
You can get access to Imprivata Access Intelligence after the user with the appropriate permissions creates an account for you. After that, you receive an email with your credentials to the application. The password can be used only once. After the successful login, you should create a new password.
To access Imprivata Access Intelligence, you need to check your email for the username and temporary password. Use these credentials for the first login.
To log in to the Imprivata Access Intelligence application for the first time:

On the Imprivata Access Intelligence login page, enter your username and password that you received in the email, and then click Login.

On the My Security Questions page, choose the security questions and answers to verify your identity in case you forgot your password.

Click Save. The default Dashboard displays.
Log in with SSO
If your company enabled single sign-on (SSO) authentication, you can log in to the Imprivata Access Intelligence application with your other credentials.
To log in to the Imprivata Access Intelligence application using SSO:

On the Imprivata Access Intelligence login page, under the Login with your other credentials section, click the corresponding button.

On the redirected page, enter your username and password, and then log in. The default Dashboard displays.
Change Your Password
After the username and temporary password are verified, you can change your password.
To change a password:

In the upper-right corner of Imprivata Access Intelligence, click your profile picture, and then click Change Password.

On the My Password page, enter your current and new password.

After confirmation, click the Save icon

Reset Password
In case you forgot the password, you can reset it and create a new one. Resetting a password involves entering your username, email associated with the username, and a verification code sent to your email.
To reset your password:

On the Imprivata Access Intelligence login page, click Forget Password.

On the opened page, enter your username, and then click one of the three buttons:

Cancel—click the button if you want to cancel the process and return to the login page.

Send Verification Code—click the button if you want to receive an email with a 5-digit verification code.

I have a Verification Code—click the button if you already have a verification code.

In the Verification Code field, enter your 5-digit verification code, and then click Next. If the verification code is valid, a page with security questions opens.

On the opened page, answer the security questions, and then click Next.
NOTE:In Imprivata Access Intelligence, security answers are not case-sensitive.

Enter a new password and after confirmation, click Next.
If you do not see the Forget Password link, or cannot successfully change your password, contact Help Desk.
Sign Out
To sign out, click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of Imprivata Access Intelligence, and then click Sign Out.
