New Features and Enhancements

With this release, we continue to focus on improvements to your user experience and increasing productivity through faster responsiveness and workflow enhancements. Additionally, we are reinforcing supportability to reduce down times and make the platform even more reliable.

With Imprivata Access Intelligence 25.7, you will see performance enhancements and platform updates designed to help your application run faster and more smoothly.

Historic Search File Generation

Previously, customers utilizing the Historic Search feature only had the option to generate files with historic data in a comma- or pipe-delimited format. With this release, we’ve introduced the option to generate a file in xlsx formatting to make the data more readily usable for customers.

Dashboards Updates

With this release, we’ve added the option to add reports directly from the Report Library to a new or existing dashboard. The addition of these reports will save a local copy to the end user’s My Reports and schedule the report to run Daily at the time it was added, to ensure the most up-to-date results. Additionally, if the user already has a local copy of the same library report, the application will prompt the user to either utilize the existing version or save a new copy from the Library.

Improved Governance Reporting

Governance Reports have been updated to allow for more customizable reporting and scheduling. Users can now choose to update the lookback period of their reports by Fiscal Quarter, with a selection of the number of Quarters to include. This gives users more flexibility in generating executive level reports to show the effectiveness of their program.

In every release, we include a variety of bug fixes to make your experience more efficient and productive.
