What's New in Imprivata Access Intelligence 25.7

 

New Features and Enhancements

With this release, we continue to focus on improvements to your user experience and increasing productivity through faster responsiveness and workflow enhancements. Additionally, we are reinforcing supportability to reduce down times and make the platform even more reliable.

With Imprivata Access Intelligence 25.7, you will see performance enhancements and platform updates designed to help your application run faster and more smoothly.

Spotlight Event Exports

With this release, we have added the ability to export the event details within Spotlight searches. The event details give customers more insight into the scores and explanations provided by the Spotlight results, and include records from 3 days before and after the scored date of access. Customers will now have the option to export all records from the Interaction, or only those individual records selected. These exports will utilize our Downloads Center to improve performance and allow customers to perform additional analysis on these events or attach the records to an ongoing investigation.

Access Intelligence is now available in Finnish

Beginning with 24.11, Access Intelligence is now available to translate to Finnish. This will be the first of many languages made available to customers as we continue to expand internationally. Language preference can be set by navigating to My Profile and updating the Locale setting. For more information, or to discuss additional language needs, please reach out to Success@imprivata.com.

Corrected Issues

In every release, we include a variety of bug fixes to make your experience more efficient and productive.

124835	An issue has been fixed for users who were auto-disabled that caused their assigned Permissions to be removed.
124111	An issue has been resolved that was preventing the Description on Attached Documents in Investigations from saving.
124030	An issue has been resolved in Investigations Involved Parties tab that generated an error when adding involved parties without Date of Birth.
