What's New in Imprivata Access Intelligence 25.7
New Features and Enhancements
With this release, we continue to focus on improvements to your user experience and increasing productivity through faster responsiveness and workflow enhancements. Additionally, we are reinforcing supportability to reduce down times and make the platform even more reliable.
With Imprivata Access Intelligence 25.7, you will see performance enhancements and platform updates designed to help your application run faster and more smoothly.
Dashboard Library
With this release, we have made a number of enhancements to the Dashboards section of the application. We have created a Library of best practice dashboards, built for a variety of end users and application workflows. Users can now select from this list of pre-configured Dashboards when creating their own new dashboard, or continue to build a custom dashboard utilizing our pre-built widgets, reports, and governance.
Additionally, two new pre-built widgets are now available to customers:
-
One ID Top 10 by Risk – customers with access to One ID can now monitor their top users by risk from their dashboard
-
Saved Results – customers with scheduled reports can now review the most current results sets on this dashboard widget
Access Report Enhancements
Beginning with 24.12, customers with First Access data can now schedule Access Reports as Enforced Policies to generate alerts. Additionally, customers now have the ability to drill into the event details of Access Report results. This allows customers to view all audit events associated with a user-patient interaction for better analysis of the associated score.
Machine Learning for International Customers
The Machine Learning Closing Model is now available to international customers hosted in AWS. This update provides scores and explanations on those alerts reviewed by the model, adding to the analysis process. Additionally, customers can utilize Machine Learning scenarios, based on risk tolerance, and Alert Limits to automatically close additional alerts deemed a lower risk. Customers can reach out to Success@imprivata.com to request access to these features.
For more information on Machine Learning, including a more in-depth guide on our three machine learning scenarios, refer to our Machine Learning FAQ or our Artificial Intelligence Risk Scores datasheet.
