With this release, we continue to focus on improvements to your user experience and increasing productivity through faster responsiveness and workflow enhancements. Additionally, we are reinforcing supportability to reduce down times and make the platform even more reliable.

With Imprivata Access Intelligence 25.7, you will see performance enhancements and platform updates designed to help your application run faster and more smoothly.

Customized Investigation Memorandums

With this release, we’ve introduced the ability to create and customize unlimited memorandum templates for Investigations. This new configuration screen allows users to utilize Imprivata’s best practice Questionable Access Memorandums through an available Library or customize their own unique versions.

 

• Create memorandums specific to violation types to easily document investigation details

• Generate a word document from any investigation that automatically populates details from the investigation and/or an attached alert

• Standardize manager communication for investigations to ensure timely responses

• Attach multiple templates to a single investigation to streamline follow-up

 

In addition, we’ve added functionality to create New Investigations from the Investigation List page utilizing existing Investigation Templates. This allows customers to document investigations that are initiated outside the DII application with the same standard formatting and auto populated fields as investigations created from an alert.
