New Features and Enhancements

With this release, we continue to focus on improvements to your user experience and increasing productivity through faster responsiveness and workflow enhancements. Additionally, we are reinforcing supportability to reduce down times and make the platform even more reliable.

With Imprivata Access Intelligence 25.7, you will see performance enhancements and platform updates designed to help your application run faster and more smoothly.

Application Email Verification

As we continue to improve application security, Imprivata is encouraging all end users to verify the email address on record in their profile. This email is utilized throughout the application to send important updates and notifications, and can be verified through the My Profile screen. Please take a moment to update your current email address, as needed, and complete the verification process to ensure that notifications are delivered as expected.

Auto-disabled End User Accounts

With this release, we have added new functionality to automatically disable application user accounts when a user has not logged in within the previous 180 days. User accounts will not be deleted, and audit history will not be affected. Additionally, the user account can be re-enabled at any time if needed. To customize the timeframe for auto-disabling accounts, please reach out to your Customer Success or Managed Services representative.

120499 An issue has been resolved that was causing new appends to run longer than expected.
120114 An issue has been resolved that caused mining jobs to run much longer than normal.
119375 A security improvement has been implemented to disable users that have been inactive for more than 180 days.
119363 An issue has been resolved for enforced policy failures due to duplicate custom field import IDs, these will be unique.
119099 An issue has been resolved where the user was unable to edit an Enforced Policy schedule because an AIR report's tag was removed. The AIR report will now be removed from the enforced policy automatically when the tag is removed.
119081 An issue has been resolved where the archive script referenced the wrong table.
118435 An issue has been resolved where the Import ID for a Custom Field Type included characters that are not allowed for Excel sheet names (e.g., '?'), attempting to export the list resulted in a stop sign error.
118235 An issue has been resolved where missing permissions resulted in Dashboard widgets failing to load rather than provide results information.
