What's New in Imprivata Access Intelligence 25.7
New Features and Enhancements
With this release, we continue to focus on improvements to your user experience and increasing productivity through faster responsiveness and workflow enhancements. Additionally, we are reinforcing supportability to reduce down times and make the platform even more reliable.
Investigation Memo Templates Improvements
With this release, we have introduced multiple improvements to the Investigation Memo Templates layout and functionality. These changes expand your ability to customize memo content for various violation types and use cases. Key enhancements include:
-
Users can now populate a memo title, header and footer content.
-
Preview the memo directly from the template editor screen.
-
New available tokens, including AIR Scores, ML Anomalies, Event Names and Descriptions.
-
New formatting options, such astext justification and bulleted lists.
Data Retention Configuration per Audit Source
Beginning in 25.5, customers can now configure unique Data Retention Policies (DRP) for each audit source. Utilizing the new Archive Summary screen, users can set specific Archive and Purge schedules for each event and/or reference source. All sources on this new screen will initially inherit whatever default DRP you’ve set, but can then be individually customized as needed. Please reach out to your Imprivata Account Team or Success@imprivata.com with any questions.
