Draft Application Profiles
You can edit any application profile. When you work on a previously deployed profile, you have the option to save it as a draft. You can retain drafts, redeploy them, or revert to a previous version.

When you create a draft, Imprivata agents in your enterprise continue to use the existing profile. You can safely delete an application draft without affecting a deployed profile. As long as a draft exists, you can change deployment information. However, you cannot open a second draft of the same profile.
To edit a draft profile, click Edit Draft. The Configure Screens page for that profile opens. The configurations are the same as when you created the profile. The deployed status of the profile changes to draft status.
When you are finished, you can re-deploy the profile. Users who are enabled for the application receive the new profile the next time the Imprivata agent refreshes data from the Imprivata server.

If you want to discard your edits to a draft and revert to the last deployed version of the profile:
- Open the Application Record by clicking its name (not the Edit Profile link.)
- Select Delete Draft Profile?
- Click Save. Deleting the draft profile information leaves the original only.
