Maintaining the Imprivata Agent
Maintenance of the Imprivata agent is limited to keeping it updated as new versions become available.
To create and run an Agent Deployment report, in the Imprivata Admin Console, go to Reports > Add new report.
Uninstalling the Imprivata Agent
Users whose accounts were deleted or disabled may want to uninstall the Imprivata agent from the former user's computer. To uninstall the agent, the user should use the Windows Control Panel Add/Remove Programs utility and then restart the computer.
When uninstalling the Imprivata agent from an endpoint, the agent version number may persist, remaining visible under the Computer tab in the Imprivata Admin Console. The uninstallation process does not automatically remove this information. To clear the agent details from the Computer tab after uninstallation, manual removal is necessary.
User information remains on the Imprivata server until the user account is removed.
