Enrolling Authentication Methods

Users that are licensed for Authentication Management can use the Imprivata enrollment utility to manage their authentication methods. Users can manage any method their user policy allows, except smart cards/USB tokens.

The enrollment utility is available before and after user login:

• To open the utility before login, click Menu > Open enroll utility.

• To open the utility after login, click the Imprivata icon (Imprivata agent menu) in the Microsoft Windows notification area, and then click Enroll Authentication Methods.

Users are required to re-authenticate before accessing the Imprivata enrollment utility.
