Dashboard Widgets

A widget is a mini report that can display your data in a number of presentation styles, including simple numeric metrics, tables, and charts. Widgets are simple summaries of your system data.

In Imprivata Digital Identity Intelligence, the following prebuilt widgets that provide a condensed status of your system activity are available:

  • Alerts Overview

  • Alerts By

  • Investigations

  • Quick Links

  • Recently Viewed

  • System Progress

  • Enforced Policies

For example, the Data Availability Status widget lists all Reports that you created last week. You can also create widgets based on specific Reports or Enforced Policies that you own.

When you add a widget to a Dashboard, it retrieves the data and presents it in a consolidated form. The widget data is updated according to the scheduled Report frequency or system settings.

You can add or remove widgets from the current Dashboard, drag widgets to rearrange positions on the dashboard, and edit them.
