If you need assistance, the following options are available from the Help section of the Patient Access Admin Console:

On the Admin Console menu, click Help and then select Contact Support. The Imprivata Customer Experience Center portal opens.

Enter your username and password, and then click Log In.
If you do not have log-in credentials for the Support Center, contact your Patient Access representative.
