Reporting on Mobile Devices

You can run the Mobile Device Activity report to analyze login and device activity for one or more devices. This report helps you to identify:

• User activity, including the following information:

  • The device user

  • The timestamp when the device was used

  • The apps that Imprivata MDA authenticated to, for example, Epic Rover1 Epic is a registered trademark of Epic Systems Corporation..

  • The authentication methods that were used to authenticate.

• Device activity, including the following information on when various device activities occurred:

  • The device was turned off.

  • The device was started.

  • The device was locked or unlocked.

  • The device was charged

• Enrollment activity.

To run the report:

1. In the Imprivata Admin Console, click Reports > Add New Report.

2. Under the Platform column, click Mobile Device Activity.

3. (Optional) In the Device field, enter a specific device ID.

   If you leave this field empty, the report returns information on all known mobile devices.

   NOTE:

   You can find the ID for a specific device either on the Mobile Devices page (Computers menu > Mobile devices) or in Imprivata MDA on the Settings page.

4. Specify a date range, and click Save and Export.
