Hub
The settings configure communication ports for the PatientSecure Gateway and PatientSecure Hub and settings for defining timeouts and smart scanning analysis.

Scroll down the page and click the Hub heading to expand it.

Review the Hub settings and make changes, as needed.
Item Description Gateway Local Port Set the local port for the PatientSecure Gateway.
The default setting is 8081.
Gateway Remote Port Set the remote port for the PatientSecure Gateway.
The default setting is 8082.
Hub Local Port Set the local port for the PatientSecure Hub.
The default setting is 8083.
Palm Scan Timeout Set the number of seconds to wait before a timeout occurs while waiting for a scan on the palm scanner.
Enable guided analysis Enable the smart scanning analysis for guided palm scans, where the patient's palm fully touches the palm scanner.
The default setting is OFF.
Enable guided analysis logging Log data for smart scanning analysis during guided palm scans.
The default setting is OFF.
This setting should only be used for troubleshooting, as it is resource-intensive. Logging will automatically turn off after 7 days.

To clear all the changes and start over with the latest saved settings, click Reset.
