System Health Dashboard Settings

The System Health Dashboard settings include threshold settings for when to display PatientSecure client activity alerts in the System Health Dashboard.

  1. Review the settings and make changes, as needed.

    Item Description
    Moderate inactivity threshold

    Indicates the number of hours a PatientSecure client is idle before a moderate inactivity indicator is displayed.

    • Default is 72 hours (3 days).

    • The maximum value is 168 hours (7 days).

    • To disable the threshold, set the value to 0.
    Extended inactivity threshold

    Indicates the number of hours a PatientSecure client is idle before an extended inactivity indicator is displayed.

    • Default is 168 hours (7 days).

    • The maximum value is 720 hours (30 days).

    • To disable the threshold, set the value to 0.
