Toolbar

The Toolbar settings configure the settings for your client applications that are installed on the Imprivata PatientSecure toolbar for the Imprivata Application Profile Generator (APG) and enable the toolbar to identify the PatientSecure Hub address.

To edit the Toolbar settings:

  1. Scroll down the page and click the Toolbar heading to expand it.

  2. Review the Toolbar setting and make changes, as needed.

    Item Description
    Allow the Toolbar to Minimize

    Enable users to minimize the pop-up toolbar to the Windows taskbar. The toolbar can be accessed again by clicking on the PatientSecure icon in the taskbar.

    The default is OFF.
    APG Date Parsing Regular Expression

    Date format used by the toolbar to identify dates set by the APG application.

    For information on date format options, see "Custom Data and Time Format Strings" on the Microsoft Developer Network website.

    There is no default setting.

    Customize Toolbar Error Message for Authentication

    Customize the error message to be displayed on the toolbar when the user does not launch the Patient Search screen during Authentication.

  1. To clear all the changes and start over with the latest saved settings, click Reset.

  2. Click Save.
