Windows Kiosk Settings
The Windows Kiosk settings configure your clients that are installed on Windows kiosks.

Scroll down the page and click the Windows Kiosk heading to expand it.

Review the settings and make changes, as needed.
Item Description Patient check-in without date of birth entry Eliminates the extra step of entering the date of birth and allows scheduled patients to check-in at the kiosk by simply scanning their palm.
The default setting is OFF.
This feature requires integration with the “Identify from a list of patients” API. For more information on the PatientSecure API, contact your PatientSecure representative.
Enable Biometric Addition Enables a kiosk workflow that guides patients through the process of updating Gen 1 palm scans to Gen 2 scans.
Requires Gen 2 palm scanners and integration with the “Identify from a list of patients” API.
Requires the Use old (I-Format) biometric scan to identify patients setting.
The default setting is OFF.
