Delete Patients
The Delete Patients page allows you to remove patient enrollments and biometric data from your PatientSecure environment and displays the status and results of patient deletion.
Delete Enrollments by Date
The date represents the creation date of the patient enrollment.
To delete patient enrollments by a date range:

Enter the beginning date and time range in the From: box, or click
to select the date and then click
to select a time.

Enter the ending date and time range in the To: box, or click
to select the date and then click
to select a time.

Enter the reason for the deletion in the Reason for deletion box and click Delete.

The system deletes all patient enrollments for the selected time period. To interrupt the deletion, click Cancel.
NOTE:The deletion may take some time, based on the number of enrollments.
Delete by Identifier in File
Delete patients in bulk from an import file containing identifier values.
Requirements
Before you begin, review the following:

File formats: CSV, XLS, XLSX.

File size limit: 50 MB.
This feature works best if the CSV or XLSX file has less than 100k rows and has 1 column.
If the file exceeds the file size limit, split it into multiple files and work on them separately.
To delete patient enrollments from a file containing identifier values:

Click Delete. The Delete by Identifier in File dialog opens.

Select the file by typing the file path in the Data Source box, or by browsing to the file location.

Enter the column number and select the corresponding patient identifier name. Select one column as the lookup column.

Select the start row, to avoid any headers in the file. Type a row number to start from in the Rows box.

To delete biometric data along with the patient enrollments, select Delete patient biometrics.
CAUTION:The deletion of biometric data cannot be undone.

Click Process Delete.
