EMPI Messages

The EMPI Messages page enables you to search for and view EMPI events, including rules-based EMPI messages and Verato search events.

To open the EMPI message log:

  1. From the Admin Console menu, select Troubleshooting > EMPI Messages.

    The EMPI Messages page lists messages in the last 24 hours (default), with the most recent message at the top of the list. The message table displays the date, EMPI system, and result.

  2. To filter the list, select one or more options in the left pane:

    Item Description
    From and To

    Enter the date and time range for logged events to return, or click and select the date and then click and select a time.
    EMPI Systems Select one or more systems from the drop-down list. To find the system, begin typing the system name.
    Patient Identifier

    Select MRN or PVID to filter by patient identifier.
    Show only errors Select to filter the list by errors only.

  3. Locate a message in the list, and then click the message row to view the EMPI Message Details dialog.
