Vendors Guide
Vendors of Imprivata Customer Privileged Access Management (CPAM) are the type of users that have access to the Administrators Console: a graphical user interface (GUI) where you can manage all of your customers and users, the installed Gatekeepers, connections to remote sessions, and the entirety of your CPAM account.
This Vendor Guide contains information about the actions that vendors can do in the CPAM server.
Access the Administrators Console
To access the Administrator Console:

Locate the email you received with your administrator ID and your server URL.
Read our Overview for additional information. -
Paste your server URL to your preferred browser.
When you access the server URL, the Login Page loads. -
Log in using your administrator ID and the password you set when you activated your account.
If this is the first time you access, activate your account by setting a password.
When you successfully log in, the Administrators Console displays your CPAM server's graphical user interface (GUI).
Elements in the Administrators Console Interface
Your CPAM server GUI contains four distinct tabs in the top menu:

The system displays this page when you log in to the Administrators Console. -

Quick Connect

System Admin
Each page has a navigation bar.
Navigate the following sections for an overview of each tab and the actions of the navigation bars.

The Remote Support tab enables you to manage how you provide support to your customers. The navigation menu of the Remote Support tab has the following sections:

Dashboard: Contains two tables:

My Active Sessions: Displays your customers' Gatekeepers that are currently connected to your CPAM server.

My Recent Sessions: Displays the latest 25 sessions over the past 30 days.

Sessions: View the customers' Gatekeepers that are currently connected to your CPAM server.

The Reports tab enables you to create dashboards and schedule reports.

The Quick Connect tab enables you to create in-browser, private and public remote sessions with any user. The Quick Connect tab has the following sections:

My Quick Connect: Create a Quick Connect session with a customer's email.

History: View a list of all connections at a user level or a CPAM server level.

Admin: Manage your CPAM account and Quick Connect Users in your CPAM server.

The System Admin tab contains server-level configuration options available only to users with the System Admin role. The System Admin tab has the following sections:
