Vendors Guide

Vendors of Imprivata Customer Privileged Access Management (CPAM) are the type of users that have access to the Administrators Console: a graphical user interface (GUI) where you can manage all of your customers and users, the installed Gatekeepers, connections to remote sessions, and the entirety of your CPAM account.

This Vendor Guide contains information about the actions that vendors can do in the CPAM server.

Access the Administrators Console

To access the Administrator Console:

  1. Locate the email you received with your administrator ID and your server URL.
Read our Overview for additional information.

  2. Paste your server URL to your preferred browser.
When you access the server URL, the Login Page loads.

  3. Log in using your administrator ID and the password you set when you activated your account.
If this is the first time you access, activate your account by setting a password.

When you successfully log in, the Administrators Console displays your CPAM server's graphical user interface (GUI).

Elements in the Administrators Console Interface

Your CPAM server GUI contains four distinct tabs in the top menu:

The system displays this page when you log in to the Administrators Console.
