Open Imprivata PatientSecure Server Console

The Imprivata PatientSecure Server Console monitors the status of the servers running the Imprivata PatientSecure components.

To ensure that the servers are up and running properly:

1. From the Admin Console menu, select Troubleshooting > Open PatientSecure Server Console.

   The Imprivata PatientSecure Server Console Log In page opens.

2. Log in to the PatientSecure Server Console.

   The Server Console home page contains the Server Dashboard, which displays color-coded status indicators for the servers running Imprivata PatientSecure:

• Green: The server is running and communicating with Imprivata PatientSecure.

• Red: The server is running but not communicating with Imprivata PatientSecure.

  IMPORTANT: Your Server Console session times out automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity.

3. To log out from a remote machine, click Logout.
